Configuration identity
Connect each delivered unit to the applicable specification, options and running changes.
05 — AFTER-SALES READINESS
Plan RV after-sales readiness with controlled product information, spare-parts identity, service documents, dealer preparation and field-quality feedback.

After-sales deliverables depend on the ordered configuration, destination, buyer organization and signed agreement. This page describes a planning framework, not a universal warranty promise.
Factory evidence and destination service are different stages. Connect them through controlled identity, clear responsibilities and records that the local team can retrieve.
Connect each delivered unit to the applicable specification, options and running changes.
Define service-part identity, fitment, kit contents and approved substitutions for the actual build.
Prepare practical procedures, diagnostic inputs and revision control for destination teams.
Agree tools, competence, escalation contacts and evidence needed before repairs begin.
Set eligibility, authorization, claim evidence, returned-part and appeal rules in the commercial agreement.
Keep symptoms, findings, actions and effectiveness review connected to the affected population.
BEFORE SHIPMENT
For the actual project, identify which documents and records are included, their language and format, who approves them and which local tasks remain open after arrival.
AFTER DELIVERY
Record the original symptom, unit, configuration, conditions, diagnosis, action and final verification. A replaced part alone does not prove root cause.
When a repeated or higher-consequence pattern appears, preserve evidence and escalate it through the responsible technical, quality and market-specific legal process. Ordinary service communication should not informally classify a safety or regulatory matter.
